Our 2016 Renovations - Flooring Installation(Day 23) @Lowes #2350

The same crew from yesterday, Greg and Nick, showed up today to clean the grout from my floors.  What a difference between these two guys and that other horrible crew we had!  I truly believe that if we would've had these guys from the beginning our whole floor experience would've been totally different.  Perhaps, I wouldn't be left with this distaste for All American floors Inc.

They arrived at 9:00am and spent the entire day cleaning up the mess left by the other crew.  They added grout to my kitchen backsplash, cleaned the tiles with an acid wash, wiped baseboards and added the missing molding.  These two guys were awesome and professional.  However, things once again, did not go as I hoped.   After the workers left and floor dried...my mocha colored grout began to turn white! Not just in one spot but throughout my entire house including the bathrooms!

WTH ! We are scheduling another home visit, this time with the store manager.
