Our 2016 Renovations - Flooring Installation(Day 3)

The installation crew assigned to us is slow, I mean S - L - O -W.  Meander in anywhere from 9:30am to 10:30am.  Always with an excuse usually it's one of them are not feeling good that day.  

Today we had Tracy from Lowe's installation department to come out see for herself the mess they have made in my kitchen and to see how slow they are progressing.  We showed her the water damage to our cabinet and  the dust that is on all of our kitchen furniture and countertops.

This morning they arrived at 10:30 AM and they left at 7:00 PM.  

They put down the tile in our bathroom, they completed the tile in the foyer area and they did a small row in the hall and guest bedrooms.

  1. What did Tracy from Lowe's say or do? This is all so unacceptable, as is what I just read for day 4, too. Can you back out of Lowe's for the rest? I still suggest going on Angie's list (even if you have to pay for 1 month, it's worth it)...and find someone with great reviews. I'm so sad for you over this. :(
