Hot chocolate rich in protein

In my post #vsg world, I like to keep my daily protein high 70-80.  Here is my goto recipe:

1 scoop Unjury chocolate ,1 cup organic soy, 1 tsp cinnamon. Heat the soy milk under 140 , mix & enjoy. YUMMY & healthy!

Halloween 2014 was treat free!!!

Happy Dance time!  I awoke this morning with the realization that I made it through Halloween without any candy, no cakes, no cupcakes, nada, zero, nothing.  The best part was it wasn't even a struggle.  I concentrated on having a great time, which I did.

Hubby bought tickets to Blue Man and it was an awesome night.  What a great NSV!
