A lot has been going on in my life, consequently I took a break from blogging. ( never a good thing for me). Blogging keeps me aware, focused & accountable.
I have been on two awesome cruises, 2 weeks with Hubby in November and 1 week NYE with my Grandkids, Hubby, step daughter & her husband. Both were to various places in The carribean.
Needless to say...dieting was not part of life during this break. Today I am refocusing & getting back to basics: exercise, blogging & logging my foods. Not much news to report on the WLS Front yet...still waiting for a date. In the meantime, I think getting fit is a good goal.
Today I am starting a 30 day squat challenge & C25K. The squat challenge is a month of squats, the reps increase throughout.
It feels fell good to post again!
