Every year the first & second thing on my resolution list is eat healthy & more exercise. I think NewYears resolution time serves it's purpose. It gives me a kick in the booty to refocus. I need it, even during the years when I have skated through the holidays without binging. It gives me the opportunity to fine tune my goals & get back on the path to healthy when I have swerved.
This year is no different, I'm weaning myself off the sugar & grains I indulged in over the holidays. I'm counting my calories & water intake. Today was day one of c25k program & day two of squat challenge.
