2 lb Loss!
I was looking at my weight chart this morning, the last time I visited Onederland was August 2012 and it was a very short visit. This time I am determined to take up permanent residence!
Here are my NSV's for this week.
- I swam laps 4X
- 1 walked 2 miles 2X
- I did strength training 1X
- 1 did my flexibility/yoga 1X
- I ate fresh veggies/fruit every day!
- I blogged 2X
