double digits

Ok, so I was reading this article today about the amount of exercise contestants are doing on the biggest loser to lose those double digit pounds in one week. geeez, it gave me a headache. According to their calculator my BMR is 1460.7, now 175% of my BMR would be approx 2556 calories that I would have to burn working out to lose the huge amounts on Biggest Loser! Maybe I will try that one week ;)

  2. yeouch..seem like a lot of exercise and knowing my luck i would gain or something plus not be able to move off the couch! :)

    I am just catching up after a face plant into finals grading...look at you after 6 months! awesome work and nothing but more to come.

  4. I understand they workout 3x a day, and take naps after each workout. I would probably not wake up after the first nap.
