I spent the morning trying on swimsuits for my upcoming Hawaii trip. I got to say, no matter how much weight I have already lost, putting on a swim suit just screams at me how much further I have to go on this journey. I have dreaded swimsuit season every year. This year I hoped I would feel better about it and I may by the summer. But at this point in time it is still dayum depressing !!!

  1. i think clothes get better. Swimsuits never get better because either you feel fat or you see all the loose skin left behind after the fat left. I have super saggy legs now..so depressing in a swimsuit.

  2. Swimsuits are tough, but a great sarong goes a long way! Find one and enjoy every minute of your vacation. Just remember, most people are so self-conscious about their own swimsuit bodies that they aren't paying too much attention to anyone else.

  3. Oooh I was going to say what Kristin said: I LOVE my sarongs - I don't think I look TOO bad in a swimsuit but I'm never gonna be Megan Gale. Try the sarong or gorgeous little beach top over the top. See if it helps.
